SHIPPING reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice. This includes voucher abuse, including vouchers redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and vouchers used in bad faith (resold vouchers, and vouchers used by customers to purchase products for reselling).

Shipping – we will engage local courier service (JNE and JTR). You will receive email notification from our system once the tracking no is available. If the attempt to ship is failed due to customer is not around and the goods are returned to us. We will need to charge additional courier service. Hence any avoid date, please indicate at the note column provided.


We ensure the items are checked thoroughly before shipping out. We do not accept any return or exchange. Item damaged during shipping process will not be covered. We will pack our goods in a bubble wrap packing to ensure its safety during transportation.
